FAQs

What do I need to do for Install Day to get my kitchen ready?

Out with the old and in with the new! Channel Marie Kondo and empty everything: cabinets, drawers and countertops. Spark joy when you put it all back into your newly restyled kitchen!

Are refacing and refinishing the same thing?

Refacing and refinishing are completely different kitchen remodeling processes. When refacing, an installer removes the doors and drawers, laminates the existing cabinet boxes in the new color, style & material and then replaces the doors & drawers with all-new. Refinishing requires sanding the existing cabinets, doors & drawers, then reinstalling all the existing kitchen components

What happens with the old doors?

Don't worry, we take care of this! Every effort is made to sort, recycle, donate and dispose of all old doors, hinges and handles properly.

Can I keep my old doors?

Absolutely!

How long will it take to install my kitchen?

Most kitchens are completed in 1-2 days!

Can we add pot and pan drawers to existing places where there are cabinets?

You bet! This is one of the most common requests we get. Did you know we also do add-on cabinet boxes, pantry's, wine racks - we can customize just about anything you can envision while using the current footprint!

Can my kitchen be more than one color?

Yes, you absolutely can get that 2-tone look with our cabinet refacing program.
